		<description>Cas, I really don't believe the state of 'selflessness' exists.   We are all selfish as a matter of physical or emotional survival.  

As for your Angel, I was touched by this blog entry and want you to know that I haven't forgotten, and probably never will, how awesomely you've committed yourself to other women's stories and subsequent empowerment, through FBC, MC, CANA and Birthtalk.  I completely understand your passion for creating some bigger legacy and your anxiety over having the spares to nurture a family too.  It is a challenge to be sure.  Know that you can swing back and forth as you need to and that no one can ever criticise you for having a sense of priority.  Give yourself time to heal and remember that saying NO is good for your mental health.  With love,
